Breathe right.
Look better.
Your AirPods catch every mouth breath and tap you back to your nose —
for a sharper jaw, deeper sleep, calmer focus.
Scroll — watch the nudge land.
Mouth breathing.
Nudging.

Your face is a
breathing habit.
Where the air goes, the jaw follows. Twenty thousand breaths a day through the mouth or the nose — and the difference shows.
A sharper face
Sealed lips, tongue on the palate, jaw forward. Held all day, it shapes the face — over months, not days.
Deeper sleep
Nose breathing at night means less snoring, no dry mouth, fewer 3 a.m. wake-ups.
Calmer focus
Slower nasal breaths hold CO₂ in balance — the body's own signal to settle.
General education, not medical advice. If you suspect sleep apnea, talk to a clinician.

Something small,
in your ear, that notices.
- 01
Wear what you already wear
Noser runs in the background on your AirPods. No new hardware, nothing to charge.
- 02
It hears the difference
Mouth and nose breaths sound and move differently. The model tells them apart on-device — audio never leaves your ears.
- 03
One soft tap
When your mouth stays open, a single vibration. No notification, no sound, nothing anyone else notices.
It nudges less
as you need it less.
Most people go from a dozen taps a day to one or two in about ten weeks. The chart is the point: the goal is silence.
- 7:12Woke up, mouth open
1 nudge. Lips closed before the kettle boiled.
- 10:40Deep in email
Jaw slack, breathing shallow. 1 nudge.
- 14:15Long video call
Talking, not breathing through the mouth. Noser knows the difference. 0.
- 18:30Evening run
Mouth breathing is allowed under load. Nudges pause automatically.
- 22:10Wind-down session
4 minutes of slow nasal breathing before bed.
- 23:00 →Sleep
Silent tracking. A gentle tap only if your mouth stays open for a while.
Short sessions.
Built into the day you already have.
Morning Seal
Wake the nose up. Alternate-nostril rounds and a tongue-to-palate hold before your first coffee.
Desk Reset
For the slack-jaw hours. Box breathing timed to the AirPods' taps — you don't even need to look.
Wind-down
Long exhales, 4.5 breaths a minute. Signals the body it's safe to close the mouth for the night.
Sleep Watch
Silent tracking with one soft tap if your mouth stays open. No tape, no chin straps.
See when it happens.
Correct it in the moment.
Keep it under stress and sleep.
Nudges go quiet.
See it,
not just feel it.
Every few weeks, a 30-second face scan. Noser measures how often your lips rest closed and traces your jaw line — then lays the weeks over each other so the change is undeniable.

“You take twenty thousand breaths a day. Noser only cares about the ones that go in the wrong door.”
Why we built it
Nothing to add
No tape, no straps, no new device. Just attention, borrowed from something already in your ear.
Nothing to hear
A tap you feel, not a sound anyone else does. Correction should be private.
Nothing to keep
The best version of Noser is the one that stops nudging you.
The things people
ask first.
Which AirPods does it work with?
AirPods Pro (2nd gen and later) and AirPods 4 with ANC, on iOS 18+. Detection relies on the in-ear microphones and motion sensors; older models without them are not supported yet.
Does it drain the battery?
Detection runs at low power on your iPhone using the audio the AirPods already stream. In testing, a full day of monitoring costs roughly the same as an hour of music.
Does it know when I'm talking or eating?
Yes. Speech, chewing, drinking and exercise have distinct signatures and are excluded. You'll only be nudged for sustained, resting mouth breathing.
Is anything recorded or uploaded?
No. Breathing is classified on-device in real time and only the result — nose or mouth, and when — is stored. Raw audio is never written to disk or sent anywhere.
Can it wake me up at night?
Sleep Watch uses the lightest tap and waits for several minutes of sustained mouth breathing before acting. Most people close their lips without waking. You can turn night nudges off entirely.
Is mouth breathing really that bad?
For most people it's a habit, not a disease — but a costly one. The nose filters, humidifies and slows air, and supports deeper sleep and steadier attention. If you suspect a structural or medical cause, see a clinician.
